Finally the fee for accompanying persons covers the evening events only.

Only written cancellations will be accepted. 50 % of the paid registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received until October 31, 2026. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. Name changes are allowed at any time and will be charged with handling costs of € 50,- per change.

If the event is cancelled, postponed, or relocated for any reason beyond the control of the organizer (Force Majeure), no refund will be made.

Governing law and jurisdiction: Any dispute is governed by and has to be interpreted under Austrian Law. 

Agreement: By registering you agree to a possible publication of your name, photo and organisation name on advertising media of CARE Electronics and CARE INNOVATION 2026 respectively their organisers.
